Made only in vintages that promise something special, from the oldest vines of the Sottocastello cru in Novello, this Riserva needs at least six years to reveal its full depth and character.

## Tasting notes

Colour: intense garnet red with highlights tending to orange. Nose: broad and intense, with fruity scents of jam and dried fruit, floral notes, sweet spices and an ethereal undertone of tobacco. Taste: warm, full-bodied and tannic, with excellent aromatic persistence.
