Velvety tannins, beautifully softened and elegant; expresses the refinement typical of wines from the municipality of Verduno, with hints of spice and rose petals. Rich on the palate but extremely refined, with an excellent ageing capacity if stored carefully.

## Food pairings

Ideal with fondue, first courses with game sauces, red meats and blue-veined cheeses; excellent with truffle. Best decanted and served at 16-18°C.
