## Summary

A sweet, lightly sparkling red wine made from 100% Brachetto, fermented for about 4 days at 16°C.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with violet shades and a persistent perlage. The bouquet recalls strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Sweet, harmonious with a good acid length.

## Food pairings

Excellent with dessert, or on its own as a surprising meditation wine; interesting with ice cream and peaches in syrup.
