## Summary

Langhe DOC Riesling from several vineyards in Bossolasco at 700 m, first produced in 2018.

## Tasting notes

Clear in the glass, intense yellow with greenish reflections. Fruity aromas recalling pear and peach, floral notes of acacia flowers and hawthorn. After a year or two, mineral notes become more pronounced, in some cases with a typical hydrocarbon character. Soft and balanced on the palate, with a finish of good acidity, length and persistence.

## Food pairings

Raw meat, lightly cured cold cuts, hot and cold antipasti, savory first courses, white meat dishes. After a few years in bottle it also pairs well with aged cheeses.
