- **Vinification:** After harvest the grapes are chilled; part is destemmed, the rest kept as whole berries in tank. A pre-maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation. After drawing off, the wine is held in steel for malolactic fermentation, then racked and moved to wood.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red. Fruity, with notes of dog rose, raspberry, redcurrant and red cherry. Round, silky tannins enrich a refined finish. Intense and complex, elegant and beguiling.
