## Summary

Briseide is a pure Colline Novaresi DOC Uva Rara (Bonarda), an elegant yet simple wine the estate names for Achilles' Trojan captive.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red colour. An inviting, fine bouquet of forest fruit, macerated rose and spice, with an easy, broad palate, pleasantly acidic, saline and tangy, confirming the aromas with a rich, harmonious taste.

## Food pairings

A merenda wine, best with Novarese charcuterie: salame della duja and fidighino.
