- **Vinification:** Grapes crushed and destemmed immediately after picking, macerated for 10 to 12 days for optimum colour extraction. Matured after the first rackings, bottled generally in the summer following the vintage.

## Tasting notes

Deep ruby red, showing excellent finesse and elegance with hints of spices and fresh red fruit such as cherry and cranberry. Soft and structured on the palate, with the refreshing, tangy acidity typical of the variety.
