- **Vinification:** Grapes crushed and destemmed immediately after picking, macerated for soft, continuous extraction; drawn off after 7 to 8 days. Matures keeping its youth and freshness, bottled generally at the end of the second winter after the harvest.

Bright garnet red, flowery nose showing roses and fruity sensations. Mouth filling and elegantly structured, round with complex, slightly spicy flavours lingering on the palate.
