## Summary

Sulè is Orsolani's Erbaluce di Caluso Passito DOCG, made from Erbaluce grapes dried by appassimento in a tradition the estate traces back to Roman times.

## Tasting notes

Deep golden in colour, with pronounced orange glints like a setting sun. The sweet, sun-filled nose is full of overripe fruit, especially apricot, plum and fig; gentle aeration brings out liquorice root, saffron and sun-dried white figs. On the palate it has a pleasant viscosity and carries the fruit theme from golden apple to mandarin, held up by a pleasant freshness, while its weighty sapidity balances the sweetness.
