## Summary

A 100% Bonarda Chiaretto made by pressing whole bunches without maceration, born from the success of the 2021 ël Fól edition. 11.5% vol, 2,385 bottles of the 2025.

## Tasting notes

Notes of wild strawberry and yellow peach on the nose, pear and peach on the sheet. Light and fresh on the palate, low in alcohol. Intense pink.

Raw fish, sushi or risotto with raw shrimp, also a platter of cold cuts.
