## Summary

A passito made from dried Dolcetto grapes, the estate's dessert wine.

## Tasting notes

Deep, barely translucent ruby red with garnet nuances. Intense, clean, refined aromas opening with cherry jam, dried plum and wilted violet, followed by blackberry, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry jam, vanilla and a note of nail varnish. Matches the nose on the palate: a sweet, rightly tannic attack balanced by the alcohol, good body, intense flavours and pleasant softness, with a persistent finish recalling cherry, dried plum and blueberry jam.

## Food pairings

Small pastries, chocolate, hazelnut cake, tarts or medium-aged cheeses.
