## Summary

Mossio's flagship Dolcetto d'Alba, from the Bricco Caramelli cru, a single vineyard planted in the early 1960s.

## Tasting notes

Impenetrable ruby red with violet reflections. Intense aromas of plum, blackberry and other red fruit over a spiced, faintly balsamic base. Enveloping, soft and full-bodied on the palate, with the typical almond finish of Dolcetto.

## Food pairings

Starters, first courses, white and red meats roasted, braised or stewed, truffle dishes, oily fish stewed or roasted, and aged cheeses.
