- **Vinification:** Fermented and macerated at least a week at 28-32C, then kept on lees at 20-22C for at least two months for malolactic fermentation. Separate lots are tasted and blended, then aged about 30 months, partly in new and once-used barriques (225 L). Released after at least 6 months further in the cellar.

## Tasting notes

Deep garnet red with orange reflexes; deep bouquet with wood, ripe fruit and spice; good structure with strong but gentle tannins and a warm, persistent finish.
