## Tasting notes

Brilliant garnet red and characteristic, with light orange reflections after ageing. Ethereal and intense nose with tobacco, spices and dried fig scents, giving dried fruit and jam sensations after oxygenation. Elegant, austere, full-bodied and pleasant on the palate with cinchona roots and rhubarb.
