## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with purple reflections, brilliant. Clean, fruity, vinous aroma typical of the grape, with red fruits and undergrowth, cherry and blackcurrant. Fruity, harmonious and full-bodied, with a fresh, persistent finish.

Meat and vegetable terrines, stuffed pasta, white meats, aged savoury cheese. Piedmontese pairings: Carne Cruda alla Monferrina, pasta e fagioli, Toma Piemontese DOP.
