## Tasting notes

Light, brilliant yellow with slight green reflections. Fresh, floral and delicate, with notes of fresh fruit, apple, pineapple and lime. Balanced, harmonious taste with full, elegant body. Lively, moderately persistent aftertaste, moderately aromatic.

Light starters, salads, asparagus, freshwater fish, mixed fried food, shellfish, poultry; also an aperitif. Piedmontese pairings: vitello tonnato with salsa sabauda, tagliolini with seasonal vegetables, Seirass del Fen.
