## Summary

A Gavi DOCG from a vineyard of about 60 years average age on calcareous, stony ground, pruned and thinned hard to about 30 hl per hectare. Part of the Vigneti Unici selection.

## Tasting notes

Intense, brilliant straw yellow with light greenish reflections. Intense, enveloping aromas of flowers and fruit, with notes of peach, tropical fruit, linden and hawthorn. Rich, full and broad on the palate, with good body and balance from a lively acidity. Long, intense finish with aromatic and mineral notes. With bottle ageing it develops mineral notes that add complexity to nose and palate.

## Food pairings

Cockerel and seasonal vegetable salad, tagliolini with leek sauce, rabbit in white wine, fresh or medium-aged Robiola di Roccaverano.
