## Summary

A Moscato named for Massimo Pastura's eldest daughter, born in May 2000, the year the estate first vinified Moscato grapes from a newly acquired vineyard. The sweetest and most delicate wine of the estate.

## Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow with slightly greenish reflections; rich foam and fine, persistent bead. Intense, delicate aroma of Moscato grapes: exotic fruit, white flowers, citrus peel and hazelnut. Soft on the palate, pleasantly effervescent and fresh with balanced acidity; long finish with dried-fruit notes.

## Food pairings

Traditionally a dessert wine: cream and fruit tarts, dry pastries, fresh fruit, also hard, strongly flavoured cheeses; also as an aperitif. Piedmontese pairings: hazelnut cake, torrone mousse, Gorgonzola Dolce DOP.
