- **Producer:** Massimo Abbate
- **Style:** White
- **Denomination:** Vino Bianco
- **Grape:** Moscato 70%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%
- **Harvest:** First week of September
- **Vinification:** After careful hand selection and direct pressing, the two varieties ferment in separate containers at 16-18 °C: the Moscato in medium-toast French oak barriques, the Sauvignon in steel tanks. Both age about six months on fine lees (battonage), the Moscato in barriques and the Sauvignon in stainless steel. In March the wines are racked, then blended and filtered before bottling in early April, followed by two more months in bottle before release.
