- **Vinification:** After careful hand selection and a soft crushing and destemming, the Nebbiolo macerates for 18 hours at about 10 °C. The liquid is then drawn off the skins (saignée method) and fermentation finishes over about 14 days at 17-18 °C. The wine ages about six months in fourth-passage French oak barriques on fine lees (battonage), is racked in February, filtered and bottled in March, then rests two months in bottle before release.

A 100% Nebbiolo rosé from a 0.1 ha vineyard in Monta d'Alba, made by the saignée method and aged in oak barriques.

## Tasting notes

Clear, pale pink with an orange rim. Fresh aromas of violet and raspberry blend with citrus notes. On the palate a pronounced freshness and a savoury finish.
