## Summary

An organically certified Moscato d'Asti from Scrapona, Marenco's oldest and most prized cru in Strevi's Valle Bagnario, replanted in 1996 by massal selection of its own old vines.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow leaning to gold. Floral aromas of apricot, pear and tropical fruit, delicate and fragrant. Pleasant, characterful palate, sweet without being cloying, fresh and mineral.

## Food pairings

All desserts, especially hazelnut sweets, amaretti and zabaione; excellent outside meals. Also interesting with fresh cheeses, fried food, or as an aperitif.
