- **Serving temperature:** Serve in large glasses at 18°C.
- **Storage:** Store the bottle lying down, in the dark, in a cool place; let it rest a few minutes after opening. Ages well for over 10 years.

A selective, barrel-aged Barbera d'Asti Superiore from the old vines of the Ciresa vineyard in Strevi, first produced in 1990 and released only in the estate's best years.

## Tasting notes

Deep ruby red leaning to garnet. Elegant, persistent nose of vanilla and liquorice, fruit and spice. Full and harmonious on the palate, fresh and savoury.
