## Summary

Single-variety Nebbiolo from the family's vineyard in Corneliano d'Alba, aged about a year in steel and partly in oak barriques. Alcohol 14 to 15% vol depending on vintage.

## Tasting notes

Red with orange reflections. The mainly sandy soil gives elegance; fine, delicate, persistent aroma. Pleasantly bitterish, velvety, light and full at once.

## Food pairings

White and red meats, cured meats and aged cheeses, fonduta with truffles, and important traditional first courses from risotto to lasagne
