## Summary

Millesimato Extra Brut is Marcalberto's single-vintage Alta Langa DOCG, made each year from an internal selection of that harvest's best musts and aged at least 36 months on the lees. The current tech sheet is for the 2016 vintage.

## Tasting notes

Delicate and persistent perlage, bright straw yellow colour with subtle amber hints, notes of freshly baked bread on the nose, a palate of considerable structure and an exceptional mouthfilling quality.

## Food pairings

Ideal with finger food, and a good companion throughout the meal, though not with desserts.
