Bottled for the second fermentation without dosage (pas dosé).

## Summary

Blancdeblancs is Marcalberto's 100% Chardonnay Metodo Classico, made pas dosé to show the terroir of the estate's "white lands" in the Langa Astigiana. It won Gambero Rosso's Tre Bicchieri award in 2021.

## Tasting notes

Delicate and persistent perlage, bright straw yellow colour with exceptional golden highlights. Toasted hazelnut and bread crust notes accompany an agile, vibrant palate.

Perfect throughout the meal, an excellent match for seafood, fish dishes and white meat.
