## Summary

Mandirola's metodo classico sparkling wine made from 100% Timorasso, refined on fine lees and given a further 24 months in bottle. Unique scents and flavours, with Timorasso enthralling in another guise.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour. Complex, floral bouquet with scents of bread crust and yeast. Dry, well balanced palate with good acidity, elegant with mineral hints.

Ideal with aperitifs and appetisers, perfect with fish, and good throughout the meal.
