## Summary

Classic Timorasso from Mandirola, bottled after gentle pressing and at least twelve months of refinement on fine lees. A potent, balanced and harmonious wine with marked notes of freshness and acidity.

## Tasting notes

Medium intensity straw yellow colour. Intense, persistent bouquet with traces of fruit and flowers, smooth and elegant with mineral ending scents. Typical, mineral flavour on the palate with hints of mature plum and toasted almond at the end.

## Food pairings

Suitable for the whole meal, it excels with tasty and cured cheese, and is an elegant support to white meat, pate and vegetarian dishes, as well as Piemontese white truffle.
