- **Vinification:** Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks; maturation in oak barrels and in the bottle, then at least a year in bottle before release. Medium-long maceration and 24-36 months of ageing in French and Austrian wood.

## Summary

Malvira's only Barolo, from a vineyard in La Morra's Boiolo the family has farmed since 2007. Certified organic from the 2021 harvest.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with orange hues. Intense and spicy, with black fruits, mint, cherries under spirits and cocoa. Elegant and persistent on the palate, with a thick tannin and a savory finish.
