## Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish glints. Vegetal notes of gooseberry, nettle and sage, floral acacia and citrus such as lime and grapefruit, with mango, passion fruit and tropical fruit. Fruity, soft palate with delicate acidity and a persistent finish.
