## Summary

Gavi made from the estate's youngest vines, named after the Savoy general Valentino Sartore. Fresh, light and easy-drinking; the latest vintage is released in January.

## Tasting notes

Pale straw colour. Fine, pleasantly fresh nose with almond and Mediterranean herbs. Dry, well formed, full-bodied and persistent palate with peach, mango, green apple, citrus and pear.
