## Tasting notes

Pale straw colour with delicate greenish glints. Intense, long, continuous, persistent nose, from fruity to floral depending on its evolution. Broad, savoury palate with flint, almond and walnut on the finish and citrus (orange, lime).

Aperitif or whole meal: fish, crustaceans, seafood, oysters, crab, also white meats, noble poultry and light roasts. Italian and international cuisine.
