## Summary

The estate's most traditional Gavi, from vineyards in the heart of Rovereto, which the family calls the grand cru of Gavi. Also sold as White Label; the latest vintage is released in February.

## Tasting notes

Pale straw colour. Typical, fine, pleasantly fresh nose. Delicate, very dry palate with a fairly marked acidic vein.

## Food pairings

Starters, fish and seafood; the producer says it has no rival with oysters. Also white meats and vegetable pies.
