## Tasting notes

Typically cherry-pink, onion-skin colour; dense soft abundant foam, fine continuous bubbles. Intense, ethereal yet fresh and delicate nose of orange blossom and dog rose fading to bread crust and red fruit. Broad, savoury palate with slight roundness and long softness; strawberry, grapefruit and jasmine.
