## Tasting notes

Pale pink, fine soft abundant foam, fine continuous bubbles. Slightly spicy, intense persistent nose with pastry and white chocolate, then exotic fruit, honey and spice. Full, firm, fresh palate, velvety, pleasantly acidic with almond; candied fruit on the finish.
