- **Vinification:** Fermented in stainless steel for about 10 days at up to 28-30°C, with frequent irrigation of the must over the cap during maceration for maximum extraction. Aged 8 months in steel and 2 months in bottle.

## Tasting notes

Dark ruby red; fruity notes of raspberry and mint on the nose; warm and velvety palate, full-bodied with light tannins on the finish.
