- **Vineyard planting:** Guyot training, 4000 vines per hectare, vineyard age 20 years.
- **Vinification:** The grapes are hand-harvested in September with immediate gentle whole-bunch pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at around 16 to 18C. The following spring the wine undergoes a second fermentation in autoclave up to 2.5 bar; after a brief aging on the noble lees, it is bottled isobarically in 0.75 l bottles.

## Tasting notes

Light straw yellow color with a fine, creamy mousse and a delicate scent with pleasant notes of white flowers. Lightly almond scented, soft, full and harmonious on the palate, with good, elegant structure.
