## Summary

Estate rose made from Barbera and other varieties with a short skin maceration, ready for consumption in 1 to 2 months and benefiting from 3 to 4 months of bottle refinement.

## Tasting notes

Rose colour with purple tinges, changing to grenadine after a few years in the bottle. Intense stone fruit (mostly cherries), strawberries, violets, occasionally almonds. Tasty and harmonic palate with enjoyable acidity, softening with ageing. Easy to drink and best drunk quite young.
