## Tasting notes

Pale straw colour with greenish hues fading over time, fine and persistent bead. Bouquet of red apple, peach and white flowers, with evident breadcrust hues. Lively acidity and full palate.

Appetizers, first courses, fish and shellfish, but also fresh charcuterie and cheese; recommended throughout the meal.
