## Summary

A Moscato d'Asti DOCG from the Canelli area, low in alcohol (5.2-5.8% vol) with high aromatic complexity and longevity.

## Tasting notes

Floral and fruity, with acacia flowers, pears, golden apples, citrus and pineapple, with moss and sage hues. Develops honey, candied fruit, lemon grass, mint and petrol notes with ageing.

Biscuits, non-creamy pastry and fruit; also pairs with fresh cold cuts and long-fermenting cheeses.
