## Summary

Intense rose-hip aromas, along with lychee and raspberry, are the result of the strong temperature swings on Loazzolo's high hills.

## Tasting notes

Purplish colour recalling cerasuolo. Delicate, almost shy on the nose at first, then opening into wilted rose and lychee with hints of musk. The fruit's sweetness is not overwhelmed by the residual sugar or the very moderate alcohol. A marked acidity on the palate balances the sugar, giving freshness and a long, harmonious finish.

## Food pairings

Good with a young, creamy gorgonzola, delicate pâtés, or lightly aromatic meat terrines. Also keeps its charm with traditional dry pastry or with torrone.
