Yellow streaked with green highlights, with sage and marjoram, lime and bergamot, distant exotic yellow fruit. Apple on the palate, closing savoury, dry, decisive and linear.

## Food pairings

Raw fish, salt-baked white fish, eggs with asparagus, raw vegetables, pasta with pesto, vegetable tortelli, pumpkin risotto, mortadella sandwiches, ham tramezzini, summer salads with tuna and egg.
