## Summary

The Cortese that distils the most typical traits of the grape, from a south-west facing amphitheatre of hills north of Gavi; good young and able to rest a few years in the cellar.

## Tasting notes

Yellow with cedar, pineapple, basil and thyme with balsamic touches. Creamy, citrusy and savoury, rich in tropical fruit and aromatic herbs, with a long mineral finish tinged with almond.
