## Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow with a fine, persistent bead. Fresh and nimble, with savoury notes of lychee and yellow citrus. Fragrant on the palate with pleasant acidity and fascinating minerality; the finish lingers on grapefruit, mandarin and sugar cane.
