## Summary

The estate's first label, a Gavi from the vines around the family house on Rovereto hill, on red stony soil with old vines.

## Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with cut grass, white flowers, medlar and yellow citrus. Creamy on the palate, citrusy, savoury and intense, with tropical fruit and aromatic herbs; a very long finish of mineral persistence and almond.

## Food pairings

Fish above all: sauteed clams, fish ravioli, spaghetti with anchovy sauce, salt cod, sea bream in potato crust; also borage tortelli, tajarin with truffle, shredded horse meat, eggs with truffle, rabbit with herbs.
