## Summary

First label of the Terroir Line, a single-vineyard Grignolino from Vigna San Pietro in Olivola, 14.5% vol. 2,400 bottles and 50 magnums of the 2024.

## Tasting notes

Scented nose of black cherry and fresh raspberry, spice and juicy red fruit. Rich, chewy palate with a dense but rustic tannin and an earthy finish. Brilliant ruby red.

## Food pairings

Succulent dishes such as a fillet Rossini; too tannic for delicate dishes such as Fassona tartare or fish.
