## Summary

Barolo from the Ravera MGA in Novello, aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Also sold in 1.5 L and 3 L.

## Tasting notes

Rich colour. The bouquet has a green overtone with hints of mountain hay and autumn leaves, plus fresh and small fruit, tobacco and sweet spices. Well structured, very balanced in acidity and tannicity; harmony and freshness grow with time. Very ageable.

## Food pairings

Excellent with roasts and game
