## Summary

Barolo from the Parussi MGA in Castiglione Falletto, aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

## Tasting notes

Bright colour with captivating nuances that endure over time. An intense bouquet, rich and lingering, with scented wood, mint and ripe fruit; with time, estery notes recalling resin and sweet spices. Full flavour, well structured, with marked acidity and a tannic weave that evolve and balance out over the years. Generally ageworthy.

## Food pairings

Excellent with roasts and game
