## Summary

Barolo from the Gabutti MGA in Serralunga d'Alba, from 35 to 50 year old vines, aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak. Also sold in 1.5 L and 3 L.

## Tasting notes

Colour never too bright, a lovely tone, very stable over time. Floral aromas with hints of fresh fruit and sweet spices; savoury, well structured, with acidity and tannins in step, the tannins tending to sweetness. Very ageable, gaining elegance, marked minerality and personality with time.

## Food pairings

Excellent with roasts and game
