## Summary

The estate's classic Barolo, a blend of Nebbiolo from vineyards in eight townships, aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak. Also sold in 1.5 L magnums.

## Tasting notes

Red garnet colour with orangey nuances that become more marked with age; delicate, ethereal, intense, full and lingering aromas; warm, full, complex, dry and harmonious on the palate. Its austerity comes with sweet, complex tannins.

## Food pairings

Excellent with roasts and game
