- **Vinification:** Destemmed and fermented at controlled temperature in steel tanks with an average of 10 to 12 days' maceration, with pumping-over and delestage towards the end of fermentation, then spontaneous malolactic fermentation in steel. Aged about 12 months in 750-litre oak casks and 500-litre tonneaux, mostly previously used wood, then blended in steel and bottled in late spring of the second year after harvest.

## Tasting notes

Delicate ruby red with garnet highlights. Releases forest fruit, violet and rose petal aromas over time. Delicate tannins and acidity on the palate, with a good structure that conveys freshness and elegance; oak is perceptible but never excessive.
